Sonographer - Diagnostic - (Sonography - Sono)

Sono-Diag / OB Tech needed asapNight shiftThe work schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday from hours of 10 : 00pm to 6 : 30am.
QUALIFICATIONS : Graduate of Committee of Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) accredited sonography program or equivalent.
Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, or equivalent approved certification. Licensed in the State of Oregon as Ultrasonographer or Radiologic Technologist / Sonographer.
3 years experienceProvide health care services, applying sonic energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment. Perform ultrasonic imaging and related procedures in the following areas : OB / GYN, abdomen, and / or neurosonology, and / or ophthalmology.
Demonstrates anatomy for interpretation and / or intervention by, or at the request of a licensed practitioner. Exercises professional judgment in performance of services and maintains a demeanor complementary to medical ethics.
Applies appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure.Epic
Required Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS :

This nonprofit, 25-bed hospital has proudly served the Greater Hermiston region since opening its doors in 1954. The medical center is the largest facility in the Good Shepherd Healthcare System, which provides care for patients throughout northeast Oregon.

The Level III emergency department offers services 24 hours a day.
