Position Description :
- Responsible for managing the development of various dashboards and tasks for all of Field Service Actions (FSA).
- Implementing processes to assist dealers and activities regarding FSA related concerns.
- Develop Recall / ASO / PSL Recall Program Dashboard within Qlik
- Develop Recall Metrics within Qlik
- Complete System Development for Closing Recalls for OTA (Over The Air) Updates
- Creation of the Field Review Committee Summary Debriefs after every FRC Meeting
- Creation of Recall Reporting in GCAMP

Education Required :
Bachelor's Degree or + years of experience in the automotive industry.
