Apartment Property Manager - Brooklyn Park, Minnesota

We are currently interviewing Multifamily Professionals for a Property Manager position for Eden Park Apartments, a 324 unit market rate property in the Brooklyn Park area.

We know that our people are why we succeed and we are in it together! This role requires a background investigation that includes a criminal check, drug screen (we do not check for THC) and a credit review. What You Need :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years’ experience in multifamily housing is REQUIRED
- Proven history managing 200+ units
- Experience with YARDI a PLUS
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills Benefits and Compensation :
- $65,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on experience
- Up to $1,200 Quarterly NOI Bonuses
- $300 Monthly Delinquency Bonuses
