Position : Sr. Product Manager

Location : Quincy, MA, Salisbury, NC, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Greenville, SC

Rate : Negotiable Based on Experience

Duration : 6+Month with potential to hire

Requirements :

• MS Azure Environments : Understanding of MS Azure environments.
• Tools : Experience with Confluence and Jira.
• Leadership : Proven experience leading a Product Owner team and building products.
• Collaboration : Strong collaboration skills with business partners and a strategic mindset.
• Certification : Product Manager Certification is required.
• Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with data flow through Azure, understanding of Unity Catalogue in Databricks, and ability to read Python code.
• Industry Experience : Experience in grocery retail is a huge plus; general retail experience is also beneficial.

Description :

• Team Management : Responsible for managing 2+ squads, each with 10-15 people, including Product Owners who will run backlogs and build out 6+ month long-term roadmaps.
• Collaboration : Partner with Scrum Masters to ensure effective team collaboration and project delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, collaborative, and has a strong technical background in Azure and Databricks.
