We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in our residential assisted living homes located throughout the southern metro area.

As a RN with us you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our residents by providing personalized care and performing assessments on our residents.

Who You Are

• A registered nurse (RN) and have at least 1 year of previous direct nursing care experience, preferably in an Assisted Living or Home Care setting.
• Comfortable using medical software and equipment and have an amazing ability to build rapport with residents.
• Have a reliable vehicle, that is insured, and able to travel between our houses to perform duties.
• Have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassion and the ability to make a difference in the lives of others is what drives you.
• Being able to bring a smile to someone’s face warms your heart.
• You balance your natural desire to care for your residents with the knowledge that the day-to-day tasks must be completed.
• Your co-workers describe you as genuine, warm, caring, compassionate, hardworking, and dependable.

What You Do

• Under the Director of Nursing, you will monitor and report changes in resident symptoms and behavior.
• Support the health and well-being of our residents and their loved ones.
• You communicate with collaborating physicians and specialists regarding resident care.
• You provide education, advice and support to caregivers, residents and their family members.
• You ensure resident medical records are accurately maintained.

You will need a reliable vehicle to go between homes to carry out your duties.

The Geneva Suites takes senior residential living to an entirely different level offering exceptional staff to resident ratios (max of 6 residents per home).

This allows you to do what you do best provide a uniquely high level of service to your residents. We offer a Monday Friday day schedule with a every third week on-call rotation for weekends and support for your continued development as a nurse.

Shift : This is a Full-time Day shift, Mon Fri with rotating on-call weekend coverage.

Pay : $38.00 - $50.00 per hour
