We are currently seeking someone for entry level management position at Hose Tech USA , a hydraulic and industrial hose shop in North Fort Worth.
The entry level management position is responsible for the effective and successful management of customer focused sales, production, inventory management, personnel management, and safety measures in compliance with company policy.
The successful candidate will be hands on in helping assess customer needs, including building, assembling hoses and fittings.
Please note - this is a hydraulic hose shop and the successful candidate should be comfortable in this environment.
Required :
Ability to multitask in a high traffic environment while maintaining customer focus
Knowledge of units of measurement
Position involves daily lifting, bending, walking, and standing
Prioritize and manage time effectively
Some successful supervisory experience including leadership and training
Sales management, planning, organization skills.
Outstanding customer service and ability to respond with professionalism
Good communication skills
Knowledge of industrial and hydraulic products preferred
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
High school degree required
Some infrequent travel is required
Preferred :
Mechanical experience preferred.
College degree or equivalent training.
Bilingual a plus
Duties Include but not limited to :
Maintaining operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational and personnel policies and procedures
Sales management, planning, and organization to meet and exceed goals and metrics
Collaborate with team to identify and grow opportunities
Maintain positive customer relationships; continuously improve through feedback
Work with team quoting projects
Monitor store opening and closing procedures
Inventory management
Protects employees and customers by maintaining a safe and clean environment
Training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work
