Areas of Coverage : Stafford, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and surrounding areas
Qualifications :
- Current RN licensure in VA
- Minimum of one year in an office managerial setting, one year of supervisory experience a plus
- Minimum one year of training in direct health care
- CPR Certification
- Current TB Test
- Must maintain CEU requirements as required by the Board of Nursing
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- All employees are thoroughly screened and must meet our employment guidelines.
We perform a criminal background investigation, reference checks, and DMV record check

Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
- Travel to clients' homes, complete nursing assessment, and complete care plan for personal care
- Evaluate clients on a regular basis and / or as necessary to ensure client needs are consistent with the care plan
- Utilize professional assessment skills to identify physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of client and be able to develop a care plan to meet these needs in a multi-disciplinary approach
- Function as a resource and mentor to peers and subordinates to maintain professional nursing standards
- Act on client’s behalf to assure patient rights
- Train caregivers on skills assessments
- Coach all staff in proper safety procedures and consistently reinforce procedures
