Qualifications and requirements

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school.

Additional requirements include :

• BLS, ACLS required.
• RNs with 2+ years' experience highly preferred.

Department / Unit Summary

Nurses will be trained to work on the Medical, Surgical, and PCU areas of Trios Southridge Hospital. The registered nurse (RN) plans, coordinates and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population served within the ICU, CCU, Cath Lab and ER cluster.

The RN ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with Trios Health standards of care.

The RN demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, vision and values of Trios Health. He / she remains flexible to changing systems - is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practices, and treats staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect.

• 16 PCU Beds
• 2 Cath Lab Rooms
• Level III ED
• 25 ED Beds
