Overview

In Schwab Advisor Services, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and their clients are at the center of everything we do. In this role, you will build trust and inspire confidence through exceptional service, one interaction at a time, while working in a fast-paced, dynamic service center environment. You will assist advisors through a mix of inbound and outbound calls related to common topics such as new accounts, transaction status, money movement, transfer of account, retirement services, and various other essential account maintenance components that help the advisor succeed in their day-to-day business. Responsibilities

Provide customer and advisor support via inbound and outbound calls on topics including :

• New accounts
• Transaction status
• Money movement
• Transfer of account
• Retirement services
• Other essential account maintenance components to help advisors succeed in their day-to-day business

Maintain a high level of service in a fast-paced, dynamic service center environment, collaborating with teammates and leaders to deliver best-in-class support.
