Architect Project Manager (Licensed)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architect Project Manager to oversee the design and construction of a variety of architectural projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural design principles, project management methodologies, and construction practices.

A valid professional license is required.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the architectural design process from initial concept through construction administration and closeout.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Review and approve architectural drawings for code compliance, constructability, and aesthetics.
  • Manage client expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the preparation of construction documents, including contract documents and specifications.
  • Assist with the selection and negotiation of contracts with contractors and vendors.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Manage project documentation, including correspondence, drawings, and material samples.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Valid Architect license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
