THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring an SMB Senior Marketing Manager to lead the SMB Marketing function in the US within our Marketing team in New York.

The SMB Marketing Team at Wellhub (formerly Gympass) is a dynamic and global group responsible for driving the marketing efforts targeted at small and medium-sized businesses worldwide.

Comprising talented professionals across different regions, the team collaborates to create and execute strategic marketing initiatives that amplify Wellhub's presence in the SMB market by working in stronger partnership with the Revenue, Product, and Technology teams

YOUR IMPACT

  • Contribute to the development and execution of SMB marketing strategies in the US Region in alignment with Wellhub's business objectives, supporting the SMB Marketing Senior Director in providing strategic guidance for the European Markets.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for the US SMB Sales and Success teams, fostering collaboration to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns effectively resonate with the US target audiences and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the other regional leaders in the SMB marketing team, actively contributing to the fostering of a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Work closely with regional marketing leaders across Enterprise and User Marketing to align and integrate SMB marketing efforts with broader business goals.
  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel SMB marketing campaigns in the US Region, with a focus on guiding and supporting the SMB Regional Leads in their respective areas.
  • Report on US campaign and initiatives performance on a regular basis, bringing the data, insights, and plan of action to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze US-specific market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities, contributing to strategic decision-making for SMB marketing initiatives in the US.
  • Assist in the development and management of the SMB marketing budget in the US, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve objectives within financial constraints.
  • Contribute to providing regular reports to executive leadership on the impact of SMB marketing initiatives, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommendations for improvement.

  • An SMB Marketing Specialist : Demonstrated expertise in SMB marketing on a global scale, backed by 3-5 years of experience crafting strategies that resonate within the US markets, ensuring brand consistency and impact.
  • A Collaborative Team Contributor : A dedicated team player with a strategic mindset, enthusiastic about collaborative leadership, and proven experience in contributing to the success of diverse teams.
  • An Effective Cross-Functional Communicator : Primary point of contact for SMB Sales and Success teams within the US, excelling in clear communication, both written and verbal.

Proficient in reporting on campaign performance and contributing to collaborative efforts.

  • A Strategic Thinker : Forward-thinking professional adept at identifying market opportunities within the US, developing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, and contributing to revenue growth through informed decision-making based on data analysis.
  • An Adaptable Marketing Enthusiast : A self-starter thriving in dynamic environments, quick to adapt to changes, and enthusiastic about contributing innovative ideas to evolve marketing strategies specifically within the US markets.
  • A Results-Oriented Contributor : Tenacious and goal-oriented, with a track record of delivering measurable results in the SMB marketing domain.

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $105,100-$157,651.

The base salary range for other locations may vary. The actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and / or other job-related factors.

In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.

Our US HQ is in New York City. We are currently set up to hire in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
