Your New Role :

As the HVAC Lead at DMC Service, you're not just a technician; you’re the ship's captain. Your mission :

• Lead and inspire a team of HVAC Technicians to deliver extraordinary customer experiences.
• Manage daily operations , including performance monitoring and project coordination.
• Strategize material logistics and crew mobilization to streamline efficiency.
• Forecast workloads to ensure optimal staffing.
• Cultivate excellence through regular training sessions and hands-on leadership.
• Foster a culture of ambition and camaraderie within your team, turning everyday jobs into careers.

• Total of 14 years of HVAC experience, with at least 10 years of commercial HVAC service technician experience
• Must have a valid KS or MO driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Must have the ability to sit, walk, bend, and lift for prolonged periods and have a full range of body movements including the use of hands, feet, and fingers to handle or feel objects
• Must be capable of bending, reaching, crouching, climbing, and crawling
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds, authorized to work in the U.S., and comfortable working in various climate conditions ranging from very cold with rain to very hot and humid, including ditches, excavation sites, and confined locations
