We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team. This position will be based out of our Corporate headquarters in Chicago, Illinois and will be responsible for providing a wide range of professional support for our Corporate team.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Serve as the Office Manager and liaison between building management and internal teams, including project management for office space build out.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO and other executive team members.
- Plan conferences, off-sites, and other events for various teams.
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and managing catering if necessary.
- Coordinate board meetings, including presentation preparation and material distribution.
- Create and edit PowerPoint and Google presentations, including board presentations and Annual Budget, partnering with other areas of the business as necessary.
- Responsible for managing the expense report system and process.
- Organize Town Halls and Executive Roundtables.
- Execute onboarding plans for senior leadership team new hires to facilitate seamless integration into the Company.
Qualifications And Experience
- Prior experience supporting an executive team required.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Must be proactive and able to work independently with little direction.
