About The Position
Job Title : CT Technologist
Location : Supai, AZ
Duration : 1+ year
Start Date : November 2024
Shift Schedule : Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri 8am-noon & 1pm-5pm; Thu 10am-noon & 1pm-5pm.
Qualification :
License : All diagnostic radiologic technicians shall be licensed by American Registry of radiologic Technologist by the appropriate agency.
Certifications : BLS, Driver's License
Experience : Minimum of (1) year of Radiology experience
Responsibilities :
Perform Diagnostic Imaging : Operate digital radiography, MDCT, portable x-ray, and teleradiology equipment to conduct standard and specialized exams.
Patient Management : Explain procedures, position patients, and make necessary exposures. Schedule exams, handle emergency prioritization, and manage patient records.
System Proficiency : Use RPMS and Radiology Information System for processing and reporting x-ray orders. Maintain records and perform clerical tasks.
Radiologist Interaction : Consult with radiologists for nonstandard exams, provide preliminary evaluations, and report significant findings.
Equipment Maintenance : Make minor equipment adjustments, perform quality control, and operate the Media Writer for CDS.
