Director of Customer Program Management

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Program Management for Data Center GPU.

Key Responsibilities :

Communicates program status, issues, and risk management to multi-functional and executive teams

Defines, plans, and drives projects and program plans based on management and technical guidance

Establishes formal program management artifacts including project timelines, budgets, and performance KPIs

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or similar

Formal project management education; PMP certification is ideal but not required

Solid knowledge of technical program management and engineering

Experience working in high-pressure environments with competing priorities

Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Excel is an asset
