American Bolt Corporation is looking for an Order Processing Specialist to join our inside sales team. Are you an accurate, efficient order entry specialist?

This Order Processing Specialist position offers a competitive hourly wage between $20.00-$21.00 with a full benefit package.
This position is also eligible for American Bolt's profit sharing bonus structure!
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
WORK SCHEDULE
Hours are Monday through Friday 8am-4 : 30pm onsite in New Berlin, Wisconsin.
AS AN ORDER PROCESSING SPECIALIST, YOU WILL
- Create, process, and manage customer orders accurately, efficiently and in timely manner.
- Gather product information, specifications, and pricing from the relevant departments
- Prepare and send detailed quotes to customers in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to obtain pricing and availability information for requested products
- Input customer orders into the company's ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry
- Send order acknowledgements to customers, providing order details and estimated delivery timelines
- Monitor and track order status, providing updates to customers as needed
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales support processes and procedures
- Collaborate with various departments, including sales, production, and logistics, to collect and input data in a timely manner
- Provide support and training to other team members on proper data entry techniques and best practices

You embrace your organizational skills and are take a proactive approach to problem-solving. You have proficient computer skills in systems like Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP systems.
You pay meticulous attention to detail. You work well with others, enjoying offering support and assistance to your co-workers.
