Operations Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our organization, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

This dynamic role offers the opportunity to collaborate with various departments, streamline processes, and directly impact the day-to-day operations that drive our success. You will :

• Coordinate with managers at our domestic and international labs to address questions, problems, and action items related to leases, utilities and service providers, facilities upgrade projects, and other operations items
• Support the operations team by tracking operational activities and deadlines, managing document processing, coordinating with vendors, and preparing reports
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in formulating and implementing new procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure that all operational activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and effectively resolving issues related to operations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education : Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
• Detail-Oriented & Organized : Meticulous attention to detail and ability to stay organized while working on multiple projects at a time
• Experience : 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role
• Problem Solver : Creative thinker who drives tasks to completion
• Eager Learner : Demonstrates a strong desire to continually learn and grow, quickly adapting to new information, tasks, and challenges
• Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive : Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
• Flexibility : Available for occasional overtime or flexible working hours based on the operations team’s needs
• Passion for Dinosaurs : Must love dinosaurs
