Keller Executive Search is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Snr Property Manager Strategy and Operation to join our client's team in Boise, Idaho.

Our client is a leading real estate company specializing in property management and development. As the Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide direction, coaching and supervision for the team
  • Understanding and implementing a highly effective marketing and leasing program together with a deep understanding of accounting and finance.
  • Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, financial management, and tenant relations
  • Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
  • Supervise property management staff and contractors, ensuring the highest level of service delivery
  • Monitor property performance, analyze market trends, and make recommendations for property improvements or expansions
  • Negotiate lease agreements and renewals, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and accounting, to ensure seamless property operations

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on commercial and residential properties
  • Experience in implementing a highly effective marketing and leasing programs
  • Strong knowledge of real estate industry regulations and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Proven track record of achieving occupancy and financial targets
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field is preferred
