Market Lab is seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of client projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
This position is ideal for someone with strong multitasking skills and an interest in marketing and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Communicate project updates and status to clients and internal teams.
- Organize and lead project meetings to track progress and address challenges.
- Collaborate with research, design, and strategy teams to align on project goals.
- Assist in preparing project reports and documentation for stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and client expectations.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills Required :
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in marketing or project management is a plus.
