Job Title : Call Center Representative
Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing a wide range of inquiries.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products, services, and billing.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding company policies, procedures, and services.
- Follow communication scripts and procedures while engaging with customers.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Stay up to date on company products, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in challenging situations.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems, email, and other office software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
