What will your day look like?

Financial Strategy :

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Team Leadership :

• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Ensure the team's alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Risk Management :

• Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.
• Financial Reporting :
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, providing insights to the executive team and stakeholders.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

Strategic Partnership :

• Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to drive strategic initiatives and business growth.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.

Who are you?

Experience :

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in financial strategy, risk management, and team leadership.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.

Skills :

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
