Job Description

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing complete and accurate cost estimates for ground-up commercial construction projects. This includes : \n

  • Reviewing plans, specifications, and bid documents

\n

  • Performing quantity takeoffs and pricing

    • \n

  • Soliciting and evaluating subcontractor bids

    • \n

  • Preparing detailed proposals and budgets

    • \n

  • Collaborating with project managers and clients throughout the preconstruction phase

    • \n \n

  • Minimum 5-7 years of estimating experience

    • \n

  • Proven track record with ground-up commercial construction projects

    • \n

  • Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software

    • \n

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

    • \n

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

    • \n \n
