Job Summary
We are seeking an Experience Medical Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, paying invoices, negotiating with vendors, and maintaining office equipment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage front staff at different locations of our practice
- Maximize the collaboration between the front staff and billing team
- Maximize the collaboration between the front office and the back office (nurses and providers)
- Prioritize patient satisfaction by improving the office procedures and processes
- Active participation in decision making and implementions of ways to improve growth and success of the practice.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and service providers
- Accurately maintain general office budget
Qualifications
- High school diploma required, some college preferred
- Previous experience as a Medical Office Manager is required
- Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
