As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with Engineering and User Experience leadership to lead cross-functional development teams.

This role will focus on high impact initiatives, innovative ideas, and launching new products.

Responsibilities :

• Drive a product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver consistent, annual growth in revenue.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and data leaders to design & develop usable, desirable, and highly functional products.
• Leverage product data, market trends, and user feedback to quantify & prioritize new product opportunities for the platform.
• Consistently provide insights from customers as well as context and rationale behind customer desires.
• Make data-driven decisions and effectively communicate how success is measured across core KPIs and the financial impact of the products being developed and shipped.
• Build and maintain relationships with non-technical partners to evaluate and communicate the trade-offs of shared cross-functional objectives.
• Establish and promote guidelines, best practices, and standards for Product Management.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, project management, or similar.
• At least number years of product management experience.
• Proven track record of shipping customer-facing products.
• An expert in e-commerce and / or fundraising, with a keen understanding of industry trends, customer behaviors, and market dynamics.
• Highly experienced with A / B testing.
• Able to make impactful decisions by integrating data analysis, domain expertise, and feedback from internal partners and users.
• Demonstrates a strong curiosity about the technology behind products, coupled with advanced data fluency.
• Proven experience communicating project status updates and long-term strategic plans to diverse audiences; senior leadership, stakeholders, peers, etc.
• Adopts an experimentation-based approach to product discovery, favoring quick and incremental building and iteration.
• Experienced in collaborating across multiple disciplines to develop business strategies.
• Adept at creative problem-solving, able to develop contingency plans based on continuous feedback.
• Experienced in project planning and progress monitoring.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership experience.
• A collaborative, positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
• Familiarity with Confluence and / or Jira a plus.
• Experience as a Software Engineer or similar technical role a plus.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) a plus.

Hybrid Office Environment : Must be able to go onsite 2 days per week.
