ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
85%) Equipment Transportation & Maintenance
- Transports equipment to appropriate destinations in safe manner within pre-determined schedule
- Sets up and takes down unit according to van manufacturer's and company guidelines
- Ensures preventive maintenance and general maintenance is performed according to government regulations and within company guidelines using most cost-effective manner
- Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections of transportation equipment
- Maintains cleanliness of transportation equipment to include weekly or bi-weekly exterior washing
- Performs monthly maintenance on vehicle
- Ensures tractors and trailers are DOT compliant at all times
10%) Administrative Support
- Maintains current logs including electronic logs and fuel / mileage reports, and submits in timely manner
- Documents daily vehicle inspections and monthly maintenance on vehicle
- Completes expense reports and time reports in timely manner and submit to appropriate supervision for approvals
- Ensures unit contains current registrations, permits and insurance documents at all times. Assists in obtaining documentation from state and local agencies as requested
- Contacts customers and third parties to confirm availability for deliveries and pick up
- Completes expenses within Wells Fargo
- Tracks and completes payroll information with ADP
