JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Clinical Specialist position will promote and support the client during ENT surgical procedures. This is a PRN / 1099 role.
The Clinical Specialist will do on-site support of the client's devices during the surgical procedures within major US hospitals having close interaction with surgeons.
Additionally, the Clinical Specialist is responsible for any follow-up, device support, troubleshooting, customer service and education as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide technical support to surgeons and OR staff before, during and after cases
Interact one-on-one with leading surgeons and hospital stakeholders in key accounts
Train surgeons and staff on the product
Collect and report data from surgical cases
Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting support to clients
Skills & Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum 2 years working in the Operating Room - Required
Clinical experience in ENT - Required
Bachelor's Degree preferred (Sciences or Medical degree)
Ability to be on time and prepared for each case deployed
Strong relationship and consultative selling skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
High attention for detail and excellent follow through
Demonstrate effective time management skills and administrative capabilities
Ability to adapt and willingness to change
Personifies client's mission, vision and values
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Power Point
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
While performing the duties of this job, CS is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear; up to 8 hours per day.
