Qualifications
REQUIRED
- Earned master’s degree required, in biostatistics, psychology, education, epidemiology, or a related field with a focus on methodology and statistics.
- Extensive knowledge of research design and analysis for health sciences, clinical, psychosocial, and educational research (e.
g., experimental, and non-experimental design, advanced modeling, item response theory, longitudinal data analysis, Bayesian methods).
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas : measurement / psychometrics, big data, machine learning, health outcomes analysis, or health services research.
- Proficiency in statistical software.
- Experience in teaching analytical methods.
- Demonstrated motivation to collaborate effectively as part of a scientific team.
- Strong commitment to supporting student success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
PREFERRED
A PhD in biostatistics, psychology, education, epidemiology, or a related field with a focus on methodology and statistics is preferred.
