The TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation, and optimization to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other third parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the most engaging creative experiences to end users.

We are user-oriented and dedicated to technical excellence. We aim to drive and lead technological innovation in the ad tech and creative industry, powering products and driving value for our clients, creators, and the entire ecosystem.

We are looking for experienced product managers to continually push the innovation bar and make TikTok the best place to get inspired and express creativity.

This team is responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and building the products for Symphony, TikTok's suite of AI-powered creative tools.

The team will continue to expand Symphony with new AI-driven products and features that revolutionize how creators and brands ideate and create content on TikTok.

Responsibilities : - Lead, define, and manage Symphony's AI safety vision, roadmap, success metrics, and execution. Dive deep into current strategies and evolve them to ensure a robust safety platform that is scalable for future use cases.

  • Be the owner of our generative AI safety platform end-to-end. This includes model development and training, product development, core platform safety strategies, and integrations into our various Symphony products that our users use daily.
  • Partner and lead alignment with various functions and organizations to refine requirements and execute your roadmap.- Continuously expand and enhance Symphony's AI capabilities by testing and integrating new models and techniques as they emerge, keeping the tool at the cutting edge of generative AI for creative production.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver a high-quality and highly safe product experience for our users.
  • Track and analyze key product metrics and use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.- Stay up-to-date with AI safety industry trends and emerging technologies, and use that knowledge to drive innovation and keep TikTok at the forefront of the advertising landscape.

Minimum Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.- Extensive product management experience coupled with expertise in building products related to content and platform safety, marketplaces, advertising, and generative AI.

  • Deep technical expertise in the development, deployment, and monitoring of Trust and Safety systems.- Experience developing a safety platform or strategies working closely with ML engineers and product engineers to build.
  • Deep understanding of model and product safety strategies and best practices. Proven track record in executing these strategies.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data science, and other teams to improve and develop new safety strategies.
  • Strong experience with AI technologies and their application in advertising or content creation.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications : - MBA or a relevant advanced degree.
