  • The Terrace at Eddy Memorial in Troy, NY has an opportunity for you! The team is looking for a LPN to work full time evenings with a shift of 3pm-11pm and a rotating weekend schedule! The Terrace at Eddy Memorial provides enriched housing and assisted living to seniors who value amenity-rich living, but need a little extra help with everyday tasks, such as household chores, bathing, dressing and medication management. As a member of our caring, compassionate health care team the LPN will enjoy :
  • Shift Differential above base rate for all evening shifts!
  • Growth opportunities available with our newly implemented LPN clinical ladder!
  • Central location being right off alternate route 7 and I-787 bringing you through the capital district (Clifton Park, Latham, Albany) and Vermont
  • CDTA bus passes available for all SPHP colleagues The LPN will be responsible for, but not limited to :
  • The nursing care of residents under the direction of the Nursing Director
  • Oversee a team of resident assistants
  • Delegate select responsibilities to insure the highest level of resident care and aide
  • Demonstrate SPHP's Standards of Behavior and Core Values. Minimum Requirements : Valid NYS LPN license Preferred Requirements :
  • 1 year of experience as a LPN, but willing to help train the right candidate to further their skills
  • 1 yr working in a skilled nursing facility
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service while completing day to day duties and responsibilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a fast pace work environment
  • Ability to engage within a team setting
  • Passion to learn, grow and develop in the nursing field Pay Range : $24.00 - $30.10 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
