Zur ntersttzung unseres Geschfts in Frankfurt suchen wir eine / einen Sales Associate / Kundenbetreuer (m / w / d). In dieser Rolle werden Sie fr die Kundenbetreuung und Entwicklung des Geschftes vor Ort verantwortlich sein.
Ihre Aufgaben :
- Sie sind zustndig fr einen kompetenten und ansprechenden Kundenservice
- Sie sind verantwortlich fr die reibungslose Abwicklung der Geldberweisung und des Verkaufs von MoneyGram Produkten
- Sie beachten dabei die Regelungen und Vorgehensweisen von MoneyGram im Bezug auf die Sicherheit und die Bekmpfung der Geldwsche
- Sie sind fr den ordnungsgemen Zustand der Geschftsstelle verantwortlich
- Sie setzen die Marketingkampagnen vor Ort zur Untersttzung des Geschfts um
- Sie arbeiten in einem Schichtwechselsystem an 5 / 6 Tagen pro Woche zwischen Montag und Samstag. Die durchschnittliche Wochenarbeitszeit betrgt 40 Stunden.
Qualifications
Ihr Profil :
- Idealerweise bereits einschlgige Erfahrung in einem hnlichen Berufsumfeld
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Englische Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil.
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Bargeld und IT Systemen
- Flexibilitt, auch bezglich der Arbeitszeiten (Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit 08 : 00 20 : 00)
- Kundenorientierung und Leidenschaft fr Vertrieb und den Umgang mit Kunden
- Kommunikationsstrke und Freundlichkeit
- Ehrlichkeit, Genauigkeit, Motivation
