Position Overview The Replacement Sales Representative is responsible for marketing and selling Pella products to homeowners for window and door replacement projects in their home.
Provides design, product selection, and installation expertise to the customer and acts as project manager throughout the process.
Must be able to work well in a team environment.
Job Responsibilities Ability to maintain both a sales and project execution focus, as well as being driven by a strong focus on customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Main contact for your customer throughout the entire project and will build relationships to further your sales.
Responsible for conducting showroom and in-home presentations of products, as well as providing a detailed quote at the end of the presentation.
Team player, a self-starter, detail oriented, organized, possess strong interpersonal and project management skills, and high mechanical aptitude.

Education and / or Experience Bachelors degree (BA) from four year college or university, or one to two years related experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Individuals motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements.
Must have the ability to manage multiple-tasks in an environment of constant interruptions and be able to prioritize responsibilities.
Prior experience in customer service is essential.
Language and Communication Skills Ability to effectively present information in verbal or written form and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Ability to learn Salesforce and all Pella Corporation software systems.

Ability to perform calculations using units of money, time, measurement, etc.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, length, width, height, and depth.
Ability to apply basic concepts of algebra, geometry and general business math.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Pay and Schedule Information Base Salary + Commissions - commissions are guaranteed for first 12 months Quarterly Bonus opportunities Office Hours are M-F 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, open until 7pm on Thursdays.
Saturday's 9 : 00am to 1 : 00pm.
Saturday morning shift required on rotation (usually one Saturday every 8 weeks) Must be able to accommodate scheduling with customers after hours if needed Vehicle or auto allowance provided
