We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team.

How you’ll make us better :

• Develop comprehensive financial and operational models to guide strategic planning and financial decision-making across the organization.
• Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify short-term and long-term opportunities for financial and operational growth.
• Prepare high-quality deliverables for financial sponsors and lenders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and investor expectations.
• Craft compelling presentations translating complex financial insights and forecasts into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Lead the implementation of new technologies, such as artificial intelligence and advanced programming languages, to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
• Proactively identify and recommend solutions to optimize business processes and ensure data-driven decisions are driving desired outcomes.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in data science, corporate finance, or related roles, preferably within healthcare or retail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving change through innovative solutions and critical thinking.
• Passion for leveraging technology and data to inform financial decisions and optimize business processes.

Prerequisites for success :

• In-person position requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Expertise in R, Python, or Alteryx for data gathering, wrangling, analysis, and automation of complex financial models.
• Proficiency with PowerBI to create insightful and interactive data visualizations that drive informed decision-making.
