Underwriter

Responsibilities :

• Part of a fast-paced, growing Underwriting team
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate life applications using underwriting policies and data analysis tools.
• Build underwriting knowledge and skills through ongoing education and mentoring.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and explain decisions.
• Participate in presentations and assist with new hire training.
• Identify and resolve escalations to ensure service excellence.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment with strong multitasking and technology skills.
• Qualifications : Bachelor's degree preferred, 2+ years of Life Underwriting experience
