Position Description :
The Fink Center for Finance and Investments ("The Fink Center") serves as the focal point for advancing the theory and practice of finance at UCLA Anderson.
To achieve its mission, the Fink Center develops programs and events to foster academic research, curricular and extracurricular training, thought leadership, engagement of practitioners, and fruitful interaction between faculty, students, and the professional finance community.
Under the direction of the Fink Center's Faculty & Executive Director, the Senior Manager of Programs and Operations will provide strategic support for program development, marketing, and external relations.
The Senior Manager of Programs and Operations will also perform budget analysis and supervise the Fink Center's Program Coordinator.
The Senior Manager of Programs and Operations will develop and implement a sophisticated marketing strategy for the center across multiple communication channels, including web, social media, and print publications.
Provide strategic support for fundraising, stewardship, and engagement initiatives. Ensure successful execution of all Fink Center programs.
Analyze budget. Assist in representing and promoting the Fink Center's mission and activities to a wide audience of key constituents, including students, alumni, faculty, and the professional finance community.
Serve as the liaison between the Fink Center and constituent groups inside (and outside) of Anderson to coordinate joint programs and sponsored activities.
The Senior Manager of Programs and Operations will support the Faculty & Executive Director in implementing the mission and strategy of the Fink Center, inclusive of planning expanded partnerships and activities.
