Litigation Paralegal Qualifications / Responsibilities :

  • Bachelors degree + ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate; 3+ years law firm experience
  • Draft and edit legal documents, manage discovery, assist with filings, organize case materials, track deadlines, and support multiple attorneys
  • Microsoft 365, document management systems, litigation support software, strong communication and organizational skills
  • Hands-on litigation exposure, growth opportunities
