Job Description :
Seeking an experienced personal care assistant to work with three to five-year-old children in a nurturing and engaging environment.
The position involves providing essential care, support, and companionship to young children during their daily activities.
Responsibilities :
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and games.
- Assist children with personal care tasks such as dressing, toileting, and mealtime.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
- Create a stimulating and educational environment for learning and play.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding the child’s progress and any concerns.
Qualifications and Skills :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with young children aged three to five years old.
- Certification in CPR and first aid required.
- Ability to provide background clearance.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
