Summary :
The Medical Assistant role functions under the clinical supervision of the Physician / Advanced Practice Provider in a primary care practice.
This individual assists in the preparation and delivery of patient care as directed by the providers and other licensed clinical personnel.
Clinical duties are skillfully and consistently performed per established clinical policy and procedure.
Education & Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Graduate of an accredited MA school OR currently have a MA certification is required
Previous experience in outpatient pediatric practice or equivalent family practice is preferred
Licensure, Registration, and / or Certification
National certification preferred.
Current CPR certification required
