The primary role of the Server is to welcome and greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and provide an elevated dining experience.
Core Responsibilities :
- Have full understanding of menu, offer recommendations and be able to answer guest questions.
- Communicate effectively to the kitchen and bar.
- Recognize and resolve guest concerns, while maintaining an elevated dining experience and service standards.
