Principal SAP FSM Consultant

Job description Infosys is seeking Principal SAP FSM ConsultantThis position will be a key player in engaging with business / functional team in providing best fit technical solutions while conforming to client’s and Infosys development standards.

You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationA minimum of 11 years of experience is Required with Information TechnologyU.

This position may require travel and / or relocationPreferred Qualifications : Atleast 11 years of experience in SAP CX modules implementation programs with experience of SAP FSM integrated with S / 4HANA CS (comp) / PM / PS modulesExperience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries, North America Experience of at least 1 end to end lifecycle implementation activities including : Requirement gatheringBusiness process design RICEFW Functional designSystems and Integration TestingResolving production issuesTechno-Functional consultant with SAP FSM experience.

Consultant MUST have done at least one project for SAP Field Service Management in S4 HANA environment and should have strong knowledge of business process after sales and service and integration of FSM with backend S4 modules.

Must have experience in SAP FSM configuration, unit testing, integration testing and troubleshooting experience.Preferred experience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries North America Preferred architectural knowledge in customer service for utilities Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skillsAbility to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore.

Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.

Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required in an ad hoc basis (depends on the current situation) as per the job requirements.
