About The Position
Job Title : Surgical Technologist Job Specialty : Operating Room Technician Job Duration : 16 weeks Shift : 4-10 hour day shifts per week;
one weekend shift per month Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 12-24 months License : Not specified Certifications : NBST, BLS Must-Have : Relevant surgical technologist experience and required certifications Job Description : Provide support in the operating room during surgeries.
- Assist with preparing the operating room for procedures.- Ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are sterilized and ready.
- Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and supplies.- Maintain sterile environment throughout surgical procedures.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedural guidelines.- Participate in the efficient turnover of operating rooms between procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure optimal patient care.
