Job Overview - Physician (OB / GYN) :
Do you have surgical skills, APP supervision experience, and an interest in mentorship opportunities? Our client is seeking a motivated Physician (OB / GYN) to join their healthcare team in Tampa, FL.
This role involves providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients, ensuring high-quality service and patient satisfaction.
Location : Tampa, FL
Compensation : $270,000 - $370,000 / year
Schedule : 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities as the Physician (OB / GYN) :
- Obstetrics : Provide comprehensive pregnancy care, including fertility and high-risk pregnancy management.
- Gynecology : Deliver female care services, including menopause care and urogynecology.
- Patient Care : Manage patient appointments efficiently, providing thorough and timely care.
- Surgical Skills : Perform surgeries, including opportunities for robotics.
- APP Supervision : Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and provide mentorship to junior staff. Qualifications for the Physician (OB / GYN) :
- Education : Residency trained and board certified / eligible by ACOG.
- Experience : Board certified in specialty, with training completed within the last 5 years.
- Skills : Surgical skills and experience supervising APPs.
- Technical Proficiency : Experience with the eClinical Works EMR system.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset : Demonstrate a go-getter attitude with a background in entrepreneurship to contribute to the growth and development of the practice.
