Registered Respiratory Therapist
About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Kokomo, IN. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in a supportive and dynamic environment.
You will be working onsite for a 12-hour shift, three days a week (36 hours per week), ensuring the best outcomes for patients through advanced respiratory care.

Competitive pay rate with an all-inclusive hourly non-local rate of $35.97 / hr ($21.14 / hr taxable, $14.83 / hr per diem), and a $3.
56 / hr non-local reward.

What Youll Be Doing :
- Assess patients to determine appropriate type and frequency of respiratory treatments.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans based on patient diagnosis.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the healthcare team.
- Administer advanced respiratory care modalities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of respiratory care, medication administration, and treatments.
- Educate patients and families about their condition, community support, and care options.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide resuscitation support.
Requirements :
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
- Must have U.S. work authorization (Green Card or U.S. Citizen).
- Two professional references required.
