Harbor Care is seeking a talented and committed Health Insurance Navigator and Resource Specialist to help further our mission.

The Job : The Health Insurance Navigator and Resource Specialist serves as a critical link between individuals and the healthcare system, providing expert assistance to help clients understand their health insurance options and access vital resources.

This role involves educating clients about various health insurance plans, including Medicaid and Marketplace options, facilitating enrollment processes, and ensuring that clients receive the support they need to navigate their healthcare journey effectively.
