Requirements :

• Valid and active LPN license in Florida, demonstrating your commitment to excellence in nursing practice.

• Proficiency in nursing assessments and care planning, allowing you to deliver personalized and patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with patients and their families.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to patients' homes.
