Contract Duration : ASAP to June 20, 2025
Hours : 36.25 hours per week (7.25 hours per day)
School Hours : 8 : 15 AM - 3 : 30 PM
About Us :
Soliant Education is mitted to supporting schools and students through dedicated healthcare professionals. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced School Nurse for an elementary caseload to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year.
Responsibilities :
- Provide general nursing care to students during school hours.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess students health needs.
- Manage and maintain student health records and documentation.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure student health and safety.
- Participate in health screenings and wellness programs.
- Educate students and staff on health-related topics and preventative measures.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
Requirements :
- Active RN licensure in New Hampshire.
- Previous school-based nursing experience is required.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to plete agency onboarding and district fingerprinting.
- Candidates must be able to conduct a Zoom interview.
