Key Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the clinical team in alignment with WonderWay ABA's mission and values
- Collaborate with therapists, behavior analysts, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Supervise clinical staff, provide guidance, training, and support to ensure quality service delivery
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and best practices within the clinical team
- Maintain open communication with clients, families, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and progress
Qualifications :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in managing clinical operations in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
