We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on building relationships with new clients, servicing existing customers, and ensuring that prospects fully understand their insurance coverage options.

You will have access to a flexible schedule, no overtime, and the opportunity to earn bonuses throughout the year. Youll also be equipped with your own private office and receive hands-on training to help you excel in this role.

Candidates can make between $30,000 to $50,000 per year and Top-Level performers have made over $100,000 with our competitive compensation plan.

Responsibilities

  • Sales to new customers, including presenting and explaining coverage options
  • Service existing customers, addressing their insurance needs and policy updates
  • Educate prospects on insurance coverages to ensure they understand their policies
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls throughout the day
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to agency growth

Requirements

  • Must have an active Property and Casualty License
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
  • Professionalism and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
