Position : Business Systems Analyst
Location : Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)
Pay : $100,000 / year

- 2 years in software development and technology systems support
- Experience in Agile / Scrum environments and business systems analysis
Education : Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Type : Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description :
- Configure and code technology systems, ensuring seamless integration with other solutions and thorough testing before deployment
- Maintain and upgrade existing systems, working with external vendors and internal teams to resolve system issues
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, Product Manager and subject matter experts to develop business training materials
- Support operational processes through troubleshooting and problem resolution
Position Requirements :
- Must have hands-on experience with ERP or CRM software, such as SAP or Salesforce
- Strong multitasking skills
- Able to deliver visualization of dashboards to solve problems
- Must be intuitive and communicate well with people
- Familiarity with SQL databases, business process mapping and integration interfaces
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
