Duties : Handle all supervisoryduties for assigned unit Help establish and implement employeepolicies and procedures Mentor less experienced nurses, offeringclinical & career advice Maintain the standards of care for theunit Review Resident records & quality of care Monitor overallcare & review individual Residents' cases Address questions orcomplaints brought forward by Residents or their families Representthe unit's interests with the upper-level management Requirements : Must hold valid State RN License 3 years Long Term Care Experiencepreferred 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred Strong computerskills Excellent communication skills About us : WilliamsbridgeCenter is a 77-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilitylocated in the heart of the Bronx.
