Essential Job Functions :

• Responsible for setting up, breaking down and cleanliness of buffet line and breakfast area (including walls, cabinets, countertops, tables, floors)
• Responsible for food preparation following recipes, brand, and Food Safety Standards.
• Responsible for breakdown of all boxes, emptying trash containers into the dumpster, and cleaning all containers
• Pick up mats and daily sweep and mop entire kitchen and breakfast area floor, including under counters and racks, maintain floors dry and free of debris at all times
• Responsible for Food inventory, receiving and storing

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1 Year of prior Hotel or Food Service Experience preferred, or In-person Customer Service Experience
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to multitask and handle stress in busy periods
• The employee is required to stand, walk, for prolong periods of time
• Ability to frequently lift and / or move up to 50 lbs, to handle guests packages or luggage
• Must have good near and far vision, including ability read and interpret written instructions / directions
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers (Bilingual Spanish / English, preferred)
• Ability to distinguish smells
• Duties mainly performed indoors
• Must be able to hear, moderate noise level
